The Coalition is committed to creating positive policy and systems change through collaboration and unity around the policy agenda. The Coalition has develop a theory of change that succinctly addresses the primary mechanisms for advancing policy change in service to the mission.
The Coalition developed a logic model following an in-depth external review. The model illustrates the overall thrust of the organization in effecting policy, engagement, and improving the oral health of Missouri.
