Dental Code D0120 added to the Adult Limited Benefit Coverage for periodic evaluation.
General Anesthesia
Dental Codes D9222 and D9223 added to the Adult Limited Benefit Coverage.
Sedation
Deep Sedation/General Anesthesia and Intravenous Moderate Sedation/Analgesia increased maximum quantity from 2 to 3 units.
Scaling
CDT Code D4346 added as covered service for Medicaid participants with comprehensive coverage.
