Dr. Megan Krohn, DDS, was recently announced as the Missouri Chief Dental Consultant. Previously, Dr. Krohn served as the Executive Vice President of Dental Services at Swope Health and was responsible for the coordination and delivery of oral health services at all Swope Health locations. Dr. Krohn is a general dentist who graduated with Honors in Oral Surgery from the UMKC School of Dentistry. Dr. Krohn is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and the American Association of Public Health Dentistry. She also serves as a delegate for the Greater Kansas City Dental Association and is a member of the National Network for Oral Health Access, where she participates in various committees and acts as the program ambassador for Missouri. Her work focuses on improving access to oral health care through innovative programs, alternative care models, and the integration of care.
